DCI Classic Countdown Corps announced

If you are not aware, DCI is showing a Top 12 favorite shows as voted by the fans. It will be showing at select movie theaters on April 21st. It includes the top 3 shows from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 2000s. The only stipulation is a corp could only be included once in the list. So no 94 Blue Devils because you got 76 Blue Devils. Anyways, the list of corps is up on the DCI.org site, use the links to check out all of the information:

I'm afraid so. It's considered a special event like when they showed part of the DCI Championships this past summer. The movie theaters probably aren't willing to give up the screen space for more showings.

Though I know it doesn't replace the experience of meeting up with fellow drum corp nuts, eating buttered popcorn and walking on sticky floors. I'll post something about the DVDs later on.
