Southwind goes Inactive for 2008
Mike Loeffelholz, Executive Director of the Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps announced today that the drum corp is going inactive for the 2008 season for financial reasons. The organization will still be active in the community sponsoring the Drums Across the Bluegrass drum corp show as well as searching for partnerships and raising money. They plan to field a corp in the 2009 season after re-evaluating operations and setting up a more stable financial base.
