Blue Devils Partner With Pro-Mark
The Blue Devils and Pro-Mark announced today that they have formed a partnership to use Pro-Mark products this coming Summer. Both companies recently celebrated their 50th anniversaries and saw the partnership as a good fit. Notice is says partnership, not endorsement?
Blue Devils executive director David Gibbs noted that, "...this relationship will be the first of its kind and Pro-Mark is uniquely equipped to partner with our organization. The Blue Devils and Pro-Mark plan on sharing our combined 100 years of experience and system of excellence in a new and exciting series of products."
"The Blue Devils and Pro-Mark share a long history of innovation. We're anxious to continue building on that tradition as we move forward together." Pro-Mark president Maury Brochstein said.

Phantom Regiment Switches to Dynasty Drums

In a shocking move, Dynasty announced today that the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps has signed on as an endorser of Dynasty Drums.
"Phantom Regiment is pleased to announce a new partnership with DEG/Dynasty USA Music Products. Under this three-year agreement, Phantom Regiment will utilize DEG/Dynasty USA percussion equipment in all field and stage performances. In addition, Phantom Regiment will appear at clinics and special performances on behalf of DEG/Dynasty USA."
I'm a little surprised as Paul Rennick has been a long time Pearl guy and it seems that Pearl has been putting out some great-looking custom drums for them the past few years.
