Blue Devils Switch to Evans

Not only have the Blue Devils switch to using Evans Drumheads, they have created a "partnership" to develop a new line of products:

"This partnership represents an opportunity to explore new product ideas. The two organizations will pool their collective experience and resources with the goal of designing a line of percussion accessories under the System Blue™ name that will provide new sonic, performance, and educational options that will be sure to break new ground in the world of drum corps.

"We are thrilled to embark on this partnership and look forward to an exciting and productive relationship," says Jim Bailey, Evans' Educator Relations Manager. "The Blue Devils organization and staff bring the talent and experience essential to Evans' process of design innovation. It will be like pouring gasoline on the fire.""
